Description
A delicious treat made with Medjool dates, peanut butter, and chocolate.
Ingredients

- 12 Medjool dates (large, pitted)
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts (chopped)
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 pinch flaky sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Spread the pitted dates open and lay them side by side to form a flat layer.
- Spread peanut butter on the dates, then sprinkle chopped peanuts on top.
- Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 15-20 second increments until melted.
- Spread melted chocolate over the dates.
- Chill in the freezer for at least 30 minutes, then break into pieces.
Notes
- Drizzle extra chocolate on top for a decorative touch.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
