Description

A delicious treat made with Medjool dates, peanut butter, and chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 12 Medjool dates (large, pitted)
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup roasted peanuts (chopped)
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 pinch flaky sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Spread the pitted dates open and lay them side by side to form a flat layer.
  2. Spread peanut butter on the dates, then sprinkle chopped peanuts on top.
  3. Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 15-20 second increments until melted.
  4. Spread melted chocolate over the dates.
  5. Chill in the freezer for at least 30 minutes, then break into pieces.
