Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Slowly add cold club soda or water, stirring gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
  3. Heat oil in a deep skillet to 350°F.
  4. Dip fish, chicken, or veggies in the batter. Let excess drip off.
  5. Fry in batches for 3–5 minutes per side, or until golden and crispy.
  6. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate or rack to drain.
  7. Serve hot with tartar sauce or lemon wedges.
