A refreshing salad combining broccoli and apple with a creamy dressing.
Ingredients

- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 large apple, diced
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, apple, raisins, sunflower seeds, and red onion.
- In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and lemon juice.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss to coat.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For added crunch, use toasted sunflower seeds.
- This salad can be made a day in advance; just keep it chilled.
