  • 2 large chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning (basil, oregano, thyme blend)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Season thinly sliced chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add a bit more butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute, being careful not to burn it.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Gradually add the freshly grated Parmesan cheese, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens and becomes creamy.
  4. Stir in the cheese tortellini and the cooked chicken, coating them evenly with the Alfredo sauce. Simmer for a few minutes until tortellini are warmed through and fully infused with flavor.
  5. Adjust seasoning with additional salt, pepper, or Italian seasoning as needed. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a burst of color and freshness. Serve hot and enjoy!
