- 2 large chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning (basil, oregano, thyme blend)
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Season thinly sliced chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add a bit more butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute, being careful not to burn it.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Gradually add the freshly grated Parmesan cheese, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens and becomes creamy.
- Stir in the cheese tortellini and the cooked chicken, coating them evenly with the Alfredo sauce. Simmer for a few minutes until tortellini are warmed through and fully infused with flavor.
- Adjust seasoning with additional salt, pepper, or Italian seasoning as needed. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a burst of color and freshness. Serve hot and enjoy!
