Description
This delicious Cherry Pineapple Dump Cake is an easy dessert featuring cherry pie filling and crushed pineapple topped with a buttery cake mix.

- 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
- 1 box (15 oz) yellow cake mix
- 1 cup unsalted butter, sliced into thin pats
- 1/4 cup holiday sprinkles (optional)
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or nonstick spray.
- Spread the cherry pie filling evenly in the bottom of the baking dish.
- Spoon the crushed pineapple (with juice) on top of the cherries. Do not mix the layers.
- Sprinkle the dry yellow cake mix evenly over the fruit layer.
- Place the butter slices evenly across the top of the cake mix.
- Add sprinkles and nuts on top if using.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let cool for 10–15 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.

- This dessert can easily be customized with different fruit fillings or nut toppings.
