- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place shredded chicken in the crockpot.
- Add cream of chicken soup, rice, chicken broth, and mixed vegetables.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper on top.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until rice is tender.
