Description

Delicious and easy-to-make maple sage chicken patties, perfect for a quick meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter (for frying)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, maple syrup, salt, pepper, sage, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes. Mix until just combined.
  2. Divide mixture into 12 even portions and form into small patties.
  3. Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook patties in batches, 3-4 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through.
  5. Let rest a minute before serving or store for later use.
