Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter (for frying)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, maple syrup, salt, pepper, sage, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes. Mix until just combined.
- Divide mixture into 12 even portions and form into small patties.
- Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook patties in batches, 3-4 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through.
- Let rest a minute before serving or store for later use.

- These patties can be served on buns or with a side of vegetables.
