- 3 tbsp sugar
Instructions
- Prepare your tools: Gather mixing bowls, a whisk, and silicone dome molds.
- Melt the white chocolate: Place in a heatproof bowl over simmering water until smooth; do not overwhip.
- Combine mixtures: Gently fold the cooled chocolate-gelatin mixture into the whipped cream to keep it airy and light.
- Mold and chill: Spoon the mousse into silicone molds, smooth tops, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
