Instructions

  2. Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla; mix until smooth.
  5. Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients alternating with milk.
  6. Fold in crushed Oreos gently.
  7. Pour batter into prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Allow cakes to cool before frosting with whipped cream.
