Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup melted butter or oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Mix in melted butter (or oil), sugar, eggs, and milk until combined.
  4. In another bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Gently add chopped strawberries.
  7. Pour batter into muffin tins lined with paper cups and bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
