Delicious sliders made with ground beef, caramelized onions, and provolone cheese.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 large yellow onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 brioche buns

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium-low heat and add sliced onions. Cook for 20–25 minutes, stirring occasionally until caramelized.
  2. Push onions to the side of the pan and add ground beef. Cook until no longer pink and mix with the onions.
  3. Stir in garlic, thyme, Worcestershire, salt, pepper, and beef broth. Let simmer for 5–7 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Toast brioche buns lightly on a skillet or in the oven for added texture.
  5. Spoon meat mixture onto toasted buns and top with provolone cheese. Broil for 1–2 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve hot.
