Description
Delicious sliders made with ground beef, caramelized onions, and provolone cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 large yellow onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 4 brioche buns
Instructions
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium-low heat and add sliced onions. Cook for 20–25 minutes, stirring occasionally until caramelized.
- Push onions to the side of the pan and add ground beef. Cook until no longer pink and mix with the onions.
- Stir in garlic, thyme, Worcestershire, salt, pepper, and beef broth. Let simmer for 5–7 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Toast brioche buns lightly on a skillet or in the oven for added texture.
- Spoon meat mixture onto toasted buns and top with provolone cheese. Broil for 1–2 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve hot.
