- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup thick blueberry compote, cooled
Instructions
- Cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add egg and vanilla; mix until combined.
- Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix into dough just until blended.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Scoop dough into balls and press a well in the center.
- Fill each well with cheesecake mixture and top with blueberry compote. Gently swirl.
- Bake at 350°F for 12–15 minutes until edges are set. Cool before serving.
