- 2 cups Honey Nut Cheerios
- 2 cups kettle corn
- 1 cup crispy chow mein noodles
- 1 bag (11 oz) white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup bunny graham crackers
- 1 cup pastel Easter M&M’s
- 1–2 tablespoons Easter or pastel sprinkles
Instructions
- Prepare the Baking Sheet: Line a large baking sheet with parchment or wax paper and set aside.
- Mix the Snack Base: Combine cereal, popcorn, and chow mein noodles in a large bowl.
- Melt the White Chocolate: Heat white chocolate in the microwave, stirring often, until smooth.
- Coat the Mix: Pour melted chocolate over the snack mix and gently stir.
- Spread and Cool: Spread mixture evenly on the baking sheet and let cool for 30 minutes.
- Add Powdered Sugar: Break into pieces, toss with powdered sugar until coated.
- Finish with Candy: Fold in bunny grahams, M&M’s, and sprinkles. Serve or store.
