Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash zucchinis and slice them into ¼ inch rounds; arrange on the baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over zucchini slices and toss until well-coated.
- Season generously with garlic powder, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Top each slice with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
