Delicious and easy crockpot chicken tacos made with black beans and corn.

- 2 lbs chicken breasts
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 jar salsa
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add black beans, corn, salsa, and taco seasoning on top of the chicken.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Before serving, shred the chicken and mix it back into the sauce.
- Top with shredded cheese before serving.
