Description
A comforting and hearty chicken noodle soup made in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 8 oz egg noodles
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine chicken broth, carrots, celery, onion, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper in the crockpot.
- Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours.
- Add cooked chicken and egg noodles to the crockpot.
- Stir well and cook for an additional 30 minutes on high.
- Serve hot.

- This soup can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Feel free to add extra vegetables like peas or corn for added nutrition.
