Description

Delicious garlic parmesan chicken served with crispy fries.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 4 cups frozen or fresh-cut fries

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken breasts dry and season generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken from the pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and stir in Parmesan until melted.
  4. Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over it, and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Prepare fries according to package instructions or fry fresh until crispy.
  6. Serve hot with crispy fries alongside the garlic Parmesan chicken.
