Ingredients

  • 1 French baguette (12 inches)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter and mix in minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. In a bowl, combine grated Parmesan, shredded mozzarella, salt, and pepper.
