- 4 fillets cod (about 6 oz each)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Place cod fillets in the baking dish, seasoning both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Mix well.
- Drizzle the butter mixture over the fillets and top with lemon slices.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
