Description

Ingredients

  • 4 fillets cod (about 6 oz each)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Place cod fillets in the baking dish, seasoning both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  4. Drizzle the butter mixture over the fillets and top with lemon slices.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
