Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 scoop (30g) protein powder (your choice)
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 large eggs (or flax eggs for a vegan option)
- 3/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- In a blender, combine oats, protein powder, banana, eggs, milk, baking powder, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- Pour about 3/4 cup of batter into the preheated waffle iron. Close and cook until golden brown.
- Carefully remove the waffle and serve warm with your favorite toppings like syrup or yogurt.
