Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop (30g) protein powder (your choice)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 large eggs (or flax eggs for a vegan option)
  • 3/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. In a blender, combine oats, protein powder, banana, eggs, milk, baking powder, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour about 3/4 cup of batter into the preheated waffle iron. Close and cook until golden brown.
