Description

This easy homemade whipped cream is perfect for topping your desserts and beverages.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups heavy cream (cold)
  • 1/4 cup sugar free powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Freeze your mixing bowl for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Once frozen, place all your ingredients into it.
  3. Using a stick blender or stand mixer, blend together on medium speed, until medium peaks form.
  4. Add it to your favorite desserts or drinks, or cover completely and refrigerate, for up to 24 hours.

Notes

  • Make sure the heavy cream is cold for better whipping results.
  • Can be flavored with cocoa powder or various extracts if desired.
