Description

Delicious keto-friendly crispy treats made with peanut butter, coconut oil, and keto maple syrup.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter (* See notes)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil (can use butter)
  • 6 tablespoons keto maple syrup
  • 3 cups keto crispy cereal (** See notes)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8 x 8-inch pan with parchment paper and grease generously. Set aside.
  2. Pour the cereal in a large mixing bowl.
  3. In a microwave safe bowl or in a small saucepan, add the peanut butter, coconut oil, and syrup. Heat up or microwave until warm. Whisk together, to combine.
  4. Pour the liquid mixture over the crispy cereal, and mix well, until combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture into the lined pan and press down using a rubber spatula.
  6. Refrigerate the treats for at least an hour, to firm up.

Notes

  • For a nuttier flavor, you can use crunchy peanut butter.
  • Make sure the keto cereal is gluten-free if needed.
