Description

A refreshing strawberry frappuccino made with fresh strawberries and creamy milk, perfect for warm days!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh ripe strawberries, hulled and sliced if large
  • 1 cup milk (whole milk recommended, or almond/oat milk for dairy-free)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or simple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream (regular or coconut whipped cream for dairy-free)
  • Fresh strawberry slice (for garnish)
  • Additional mix-ins: scoop of vanilla or unflavored protein powder, 1 teaspoon cocoa powder, handful of blueberries or raspberries, brewed matcha tea (to replace some milk)

Instructions

  1. Clean and hull about one cup of fresh strawberries. If they are large, slice into halves or quarters to help them blend evenly and release their juices.
  2. In a powerful blender, combine the strawberries, 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup ice cubes, 2 tablespoons sugar or simple syrup, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy, ensuring the ice is fully crushed to achieve the ideal frappuccino texture.
  3. Taste your frappuccino and adjust sweetness by adding more sugar or honey if desired. Blend again. If the blend is too thick, add a splash more milk to loosen it up.
  4. Pour the frappuccino into your favorite glass. Optionally, top with whipped cream and garnish with a fresh strawberry slice for an elegant finishing touch.

Notes

  • This frappuccino can be customized with various mix-ins based on your preferences.
  • For a dairy-free option, use almond or oat milk and coconut whipped cream.
